The challenge

For Premap (now Quirón Prevención, Health) Customer Experience was the only way to differentiate from the competitors in a competitive and commoditised environment. The marketing department had to be innovative and creative.

The solution
We run some workshops and interviews with customers and agents, profiled customers, run sessions with the whole team and then proposed an strategy and implementation tactics for a differential customer experience, working on assests like products, postsales service, channels and communications.
