Nix Farma
The challenge
Pulso has developed a project to modernise the interface of its pharmacy management software, NixFarma. As part of the project, Akuyari was responsible for conducting user tests on the interactive prototype designed by our partner Encamina.
Goals
The objectives of the test were to inform the design team and enable iteration on the proposals, thereby avoiding future development costs and delivering a smooth and satisfying user experience.
Methodology
Since NixFarma is a software solution for the pharmacy market, user tests were conducted with actual NixFarma clients.
The following steps were carried out as part of the user testing process:
- Definition and prioritisation of use cases with the Pulso team
- Identification of use cases and navigation paths
- Review of the interactive prototype based on the newly designed screens from the previous phase
- Planning and execution of five testing sessions with five different users
- Analysis and reporting of results
