The challenge
AEDAS Homes (real state) realize some sales fail almost at the end of the funnel due to a parallel process their customers had to go through, the bank mortgage subrogation, a process they feel complex and frustrating.
The solution
Therefore, we run an investigation (interviews and workshops) where we identified various "personas" with their pain points, frustrations and needs. We discovered some improvement opportunity areas, ideated and prioritized with the customer team (all areas involved) and designed new communications and services which aimed at mitigating the negative experience, compensating it via some actions generating a positive experience.
