The challenge
The Customers direction in the bank UCI have a the challenge to increase the number of mortgage sales. They see the possibility of joining the needs of a property buyer and seller, easing their lives and complex transactions involved in this type of contracts for both.
The solution
Delivered during the pandemic we run some telephonic interviews with buyers and sellers, understanding their difficulties and improvement wishes at the vital moment of a property trading.
We analysed all the answers, discovered the insights and run some online sessions for ideation and prioritization, designing the to-be CJ intertwining both actors through some services which offered information, security and easy on the real state and banking transactions.
